We liked its very clean restaurant.

It was in an ideal location near Edinburgh Waverley. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The breakfast was outstanding and included. The single room was contemporary and well-designed with a back facing view.

This well-maintained hotel tempted us with beautiful views. Very efficient and exceptionally helpful staff who provided a very enjoyable short stay. The location was central, close to restuarants and pubs in town, Edinburgh's attractions and local...

Unique base for discovering Edinburgh with really kind and extremely great staff both on check-in and check-out. Huge single room, extremely comfy beds. Marvellous and fab spot close to key landmarks, the Playhouse, and...  

The single room here is very comfortable and has a great temperature, a fancy bathroom, and blackout curtains; the location is amazing, just 1 km away from a Co-op Food.

Staff were outstandingly helpful and the hotel was first-rate, it had incredible location on Sunday the restaurant was nothing short of chaotic.

The air conditioning in the room was broken upon my arrival. I informed the front desk and I was told that the issue would be corrected by the next day. It wasn't. My entire stay was without air conditioning, making the room very uncomfortable.

Luxurious and clean hotel, great views of the castle. Enjoyable and delicious breakfast with plenty of fabulous foods. Particularly good location for weekend in Edinburgh. And only 10 minutes walking to downtown.

The whole experience was very enjoyable. I had a delicious breakfast with a wide range of a la carte options, including bacon, eggs, and smoked salmon. The bedroom was recently renovated and had air-conditioning. The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly and professional.

Excellent service, the breakfast is delicious and satisfactory. It has pleasant views and nice pools. The location of the hotel in Edinburgh is stunning, adjacent to Old Town as well as the train station. New Town district is absolutely worth visiting.

The Apex Waterloo Place Hotel in Edinburgh was fantastic. The hotel was clean and had a wonderful location in the heart of the city, perfect for visiting the Christmas market. The single room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. They even provided an electric kettle and refrigerator for our convenience.
